My love for beauty started young—sweeping floors at my mom’s hair appointments just to be near the energy. In high school, I connected with a stylist who became my mentor and first boss. From assisting to full-time styling, I’ve been in love with this work ever since.
What truly sets me apart is how I show up for people. I build real, safe connections with clients—spaces where honest conversations and self-expression are always welcome. I specialize in sew-in and K-tip extensions, creating custom, seamless looks with instant impact. I’m obsessed with achieving that glossy, silky finish using Iles Formula #3—it’s my go-to for every head of hair I touch.
Outside of the salon, I’m all about creativity, family, and community. You’ll find me crocheting, doing pottery, or spending quality time with my husband, sisters, and close friends. My “sister squad” and big, loving family keep me grounded and inspired.

I grew up in Cape Verde braiding kids’ hair in my hometown and watching my mom run her salon—so beauty has always been a part of my life. But it wasn’t until I came to the U.S. and started college that I realized my true calling was hair. I left school, enrolled in cosmetology, and never looked back.
What makes me unique? I work fast without compromising quality, and I’m passionate about creating stunning installs—especially K-tip and curly transformations. My island upbringing taught me to find joy in life’s simplest moments, and I bring that same energy to every client I work with.
Outside the salon, I dedicate my time to volunteer work as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses, teaching people about the Bible. I also love cooking with family and finding peace in travel, food, and connection.

I started Extension ARTS with the goal of creating a space where artistry, education, and empowerment could come together. What began behind the chair has grown into Boston’s go-to destinations for high-end extensions transformations & confidence building..
At heart, I’m a true artist—obsessed with all things beauty, fashion, and pop culture. I see hair as an extension of personal style and identity, and I love helping people express themselves through their look. Whether it's a bold transformation or a subtle upgrade, I bring an eye for detail and a deep love for the craft into everything I do.
I’m also incredibly passionate about teaching. One of the most rewarding parts of my career is mentoring both new and experienced stylists, helping them level up their skills and build confidence in their craft. Education and innovation are at the heart of everything I do.

Whether you’re here for length, volume, or a total transformation, my team and I are all about creating custom looks that feel effortless and elevate how you feel. Our core mission is simple: to instill confidence with every install. It’s not just about hair—it’s about how you carry yourself when you leave our chairs. Confidence is the goal, always.
When I’m not in the salon, I’m usually creating content for stylist education, building the brand or adventuring with Derek, or spending time with our kids and our mini dachshund Maple.

Derek brings a grounded, intentional approach to the operation & brand development of everything at Extension ARTS. As Regina’s partner in life and business, he’s deeply committed to supporting her vision and the growth of the brand. He’s also building BDYWKR, where he is helping high-performing individuals move, heal, and live with greater alignment and purpose. (soon to be launching in Miami in 2026)..
The two brands share one vision: to elevate how people feel in their bodies and in their energy—because confidence and movement are deeply connected.
